Context

Companies with a ten-year-old .NET ERP in house don't have a model problem: they have an integration and accountability problem. They want the agent, but they can't accept an automated decision landing in accounting with nobody able to reconstruct it.

Approach

Three areas held together: agents in production, blockchain engineering, and the intersection — on-chain anchoring of the decision ledger. The intersection is the piece nobody sells, and the only one that answers the question the client actually asks.

The value isn't the agent. It's being able to tell an auditor, two years later, exactly what the agent knew at the moment it decided.

What it proves

  • That blockchain–AI convergence has a use case that survives a quote, not just a keynote
  • That auditability is designed in at the start: added later, it costs a rewrite
  • That enterprise .NET is the right ground, precisely because it's the least fashionable
